1. Worldwide Delivery
Garden Edge Company delivers worldwide. We operate dedicated country stores for Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, Singapore, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Customers in other countries are welcome to contact us directly at [email protected] for shipping options and availability.
2. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery timeframes by region:
- Australia: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 4–8 business days
- Ireland: 3–6 business days
- New Zealand: 4–8 business days
- Singapore: 3–7 business days
- United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Rest of World: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)
These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may be affected by customs processing, weather, carrier delays, and public holidays. We are not liable for delays outside our control once goods have been handed to the carrier.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight and dimensions of your order, and your selected shipping method. Free shipping thresholds and promotions vary by country store — see your relevant country store for current offers. Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Orders can be tracked directly through our carrier partner websites. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photographs of the damage or error. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund promptly. Do not dispose of damaged goods until we have confirmed the resolution.
6. Returns
We accept returns on unused, undamaged items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return:
- Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will confirm your return is eligible and provide return address instructions
- Pack the items securely and ship using a tracked service
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If you paid by credit card, please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
8. Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been installed, modified, cut to size, or used cannot be returned. Custom-cut lengths of edging are also non-returnable. Consumable accessories (gloves, weed barrier fabric) may only be returned if unopened and in original packaging.
